What happens if the item doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?

For exchanges, the quickest option is to return your original item and place a new order for the size or style you prefer.

Once your return has been approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns submitted without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
